If a patient reports pain, bleeding, or trauma, Zeus immediately triggers an escalation protocol:

1. Symptom Detection

AI identifies keywords: "pain", "broken", "bleeding".

2. Immediate Routing

Call is prioritized and routed to your emergency human line.

Clinical Boundaries

To comply with RCDSO (Canada) and dental board regulations:

  • Does: Book appointments, check availability, answer pricing/location FAQs.
  • Does NOT: Diagnose conditions, offer medical advice, or triage severity.

Data Security

Data Privacy

  • Encryption: All data is encrypted at rest and in transit (AES-256).
  • Audit Logs: Every interaction is logged for accountability.
  • BAA/Agreements: We sign Business Associate Agreements (USA) and Data Protection Agreements (Canada).

Regional Standards

  • Canada: Compliant with PIPEDA and RCDSO guidelines.
